At Elan & Earth, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please review the following shipping terms and conditions:
1. Shipping Locations
- Elan & Earth currently ships within Australia only.
- For international orders, we may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support@elanandearth.com.au with your request, and we will provide a custom quote.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days for metro areas, and up to 10 business days for regional areas.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days for metro areas.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to seasonal demand, weather conditions, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders within Australia.
- Express & Premium Shipping Services: In addition to standard delivery, we offer a range of express and premium delivery options for added convenience. These services may include faster delivery timelines, room-of-choice delivery, or placement of your rug—including under furniture, if requested. 5. Order Tracking & Updates
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor its progress.
- If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer service team at support@elanandearth.com.au.
6. Delivery Restrictions
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to the size and handling requirements of our products. Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout.
- If you authorise the courier to leave your delivery unattended (e.g., at the front door), Elan & Earth is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after delivery is completed.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- Delays: If your package is delayed, we ask that you allow extra time as courier delays can occur.
- Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
- Damaged Goods: If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
- The damaged rug
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Warranty Policy.
8. Address Changes & Order Cancellations
- To update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
- Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
- If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so prior to dispatch. Cancellations are not possible once the order has been shipped.
