Quality is great. Very soft, dense wool. Great feeling underfoot. But I would encourage this company to stop using Allied Express for deliveries ASAP. Getting my rug from Allied Express was an ordeal. And I am yet to receive confirmation of the eventually successful delivery OR the second supposedly failed delivery attempt. There is no paper trail or tracking information provided for where my $1200 rug was for 4 or 5 days after the first failed delivery attempt. Which was incredibly stressful. I had to chase them repeatedly for info over the phone. But they still never provided anything in writing to confirm what they said over the phone. Rug is beautiful. Allied Express were abysmal.

It’s soft , supportive under foot and the design is subtle enough to add contrast without being dominant in our room.

It’s a beautiful rug, thick and feels amazing under foot. The quality is excellent. I was just a bit disappointed by the colour. It’s much duller in tone than the pictures and has a cooler hue. It’s still beautiful , it just doesn’t pop as much as the photos online. In the future I will order the colour swatches. And although I am a bit disappointed by the colour, would still buy another rug because of the quality and workmanship.
