With a felt upper layer and natural rubber backing Anchor Anti-Slip Rug Underlay is a low profile, high performance rug underlay suitable for both hard and soft floors and is the perfect solution for when door clearance or rug thickness is an issue.

A quality natural fibre rug is an investment in your home. With a little regular love, your piece will keep its beautiful texture and look brand new for years to come:
1. Vacuum regularly: Use a suction-only setting (avoiding rotating power brush heads) to keep dust and dirt at bay without distressing the natural fibres.
2. Shedding is normal: Because we use pure, high-grade wool, initial shedding is completely natural. It’s simply the natural fibres settling in and will taper off over time.
3. Quick spill management: Accidents happen! Immediately blot (never rub) liquid spills with a clean, dry white cloth or paper towel to lift the moisture.
4. Snip, don’t pull: If you notice a loose yarn or sprout, simply snip it level with the pile using sharp scissors. Never pull loose threads.
5. Rotate every 3 months: Rotate your rug 180° every few months to ensure even foot traffic wear and balanced natural sunlight exposure.
6. Keep in dry zones: Crafted from 100% natural fibres, your rug loves indoor spaces—avoid damp or high-humidity areas like bathrooms to protect the weave.

If your rug is in stock, we’ll pack it up and send it on its way within 2 business days.
When it’ll arrive
Once it’s dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days. Not long until you’re unrolling it at home.

Not the right fit?
It’s all good. Return your rug unused and in its original condition within 14 days of delivery, and you can choose a full refund or an exchange. The cost of sending it back is covered by the customer.

Sorry about that. If your rug is faulty, damaged or isn’t what we described, you can ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
